Our journey began in 2015 with a simple idea: to create better coffee through craftsmanship, curiosity, and a genuine passion for the craft.

What started with manual roasting in a small kitchen became a journey of experimentation, learning, and continuous development. We initially roasted coffee for friends and family, exploring different beans and refining our approach one batch at a time.

In 2016, our journey into the world of specialty coffee began. This marked a new chapter in our pursuit of deeper knowledge — from understanding coffee origins and green coffee selection to roasting, extraction, brewing, and quality control.

As our knowledge and experience grew, so did Drip Coffee.
